Known to his clients for his innate ability to listen and connect to the crux of their programmatic needs, John Clements’ thoroughness and attention to detail are rewarded by continuing relationships with clients long after their projects are completed. Clements has lived in El Salvador, Guatemala City, Guatemala, Caracas, Venezuela, and Monterrey, Mexico, before attending the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame,

Clements had the opportunity to expand his cultural studies by attending a year of directed courses in Classical Architecture in Rome before earning his degree in Architecture in 1984. Clements began his professional career with Jackson, Ryan and Seng at Morris Architects and joined them when they began the new firm. A registered architect in Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana, Clements is fluent in Spanish and is a member of

the American Institute of Architects, the Texas Society of Architects, and maintains an NCARB certification.
John is an active members of his parish. Through his experience as chairman of the Pastoral Council, John gained insight into the needs and strengths of community work.
