The first phase in the master plan for this vibrant campus is the construction of a parking garage to consolidate the vehicular traffic on one side of the campus. This makes available previously paved land for the development of subsequent phases of education, athletics, and fine art facilities and allows the campus as a whole to end up with higher percentage of green space.
