Design and master planning services for one of Houston’s most prestigious private clubs has included evaluation of dining areas, locker room remodeling, and additions to fitness facilities. The tennis and fitness center is surrounded by colonnaded porches framing views on both sides and houses a lounge, pro shop, offices, exercise rooms and locker rooms. Natural light and expansive views are enjoyed from the exercise rooms, which are furnished with cardio equipment and audio-visual monitors. Locker rooms feature dressing areas, showers, a sauna and whirlpool. The pool is served by a check-in counter, director’s office, storage and locker rooms. An open pavilion adds a tropical setting to the pool while respecting surrounding architecture.
