Located in central Phoenix, this shelter is one of the first to combine animal control functions with an education facility. The Education Center is used by school groups and is located immediately adjacent to the adoption center. Programs addressing animal care and the importance of spaying and neutering are held regularly. The animals available for adoption are displayed throughout the Education Center in various creative, stress-free environments.
