This 37-floor, 347-unit luxury apartment residential tower is inspired by fin-de-siecle landmark apartments that bordered great urban parks. In the manner of recognized symbols of sophisticated urban form, which reinterpreted the European chateau, One Park Place’s distinctive roof profile creates a signature skyline. A slender shaft of generously proportioned windows and balconies in a field of rose-colored brick masonry with stone accents recalls the quality and character of Houston’s prestigious residential neighborhoods and emerges from an enhanced, eight-level base designed to enrich the pedestrian experience.
