Safe Havens is a 25-room single residence occupancy facility intended to serve mentally recovering residents of Harris County. The mission of this organization is to provide a stable environment in which residents, through skills training and steady employment, become more self-sufficient and are eventually able to move to permanent housing. Two types of units, Safe Haven units and Transitional units, reflect the two phases of the mission’s program.
