Located in one of the fastest growing areas in the country in north Texas, Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church is planning for the future with a 2,000-seat traditional Romanesque-style church and a 260-seat daily Mass chapel. The future phases of the master plan include a K-8 day school, youth hall, Knights of Columbus Hall, outreach center, and faith information and administration additions. Designed as a teaching tool, this church building includes a highly developed iconographical program including eight transept shrines, two major shrines, station of the cross shrines, stained glass, sculpture, and three chapels.
