The facade of this Texas Children’s Hospital office and training building is a unique combination of Texas and Dakota granites in polished and textured finishes. Pink windows in rose colored frame complement the texture of the stone. This 154,000-square foot, six-floor building was engineered to allow six additional floors, and the garage was designed to expand by three levels. The project was designed and delivered in 18 months in order to accommodate the hospital’s need to vacate existing office space.
