This 7,000-square foot Mediterranean-style residence was designed to respond to the clients’ casual lifestyle while accommodating a desire to entertain both formally and informally. Large open spaces provide views to the exterior loggia, pool, and courtyard. The emphasis throughout is on quality, materials, and construction. A palette of traditional materials including brick, stucco, stone, and copper are employed to create a virtually maintenance-free exterior.
