The Houston Country Club was looking to expand its parking availability, simplify its vehicular traffic and retain the green space that is so important to this golf course located inside of Houston. Jackson & Ryan Architects was selected to solve this challenge. We proposed building a new underground 400-car parking garage beneath the Club's driving range.
The scope of the project included the 125,000 SF garage, tunnels connecting it to the Club House, a pedestrian pavilion with stair and elevator access, a driving range pavilion with a covered porch and a valet pavilion - all of which were designed to architecturally complement the existing Club buildings.
